The Airedale 12 large-family air-tent from Outdoor Revolution is designed to bring people together! This cavernous model comfortably sleeps 12 adults and is perfect for camping with friends, or with the family, where you require space, movement, freedom and breathability!
The 150 High-Density fabric is ideal where weight, pack size and speed are of the essence. It offers superb benefits through its strength-to-weight ratio and has a smooth, modern design. There is a contemporary Hex-style print to complement the product’s simple, clean design lines. The fabric is exceptionally water-resistant - water simply beads on the surface and rolls-off.
Providing the tent with its innovative layout are the five single Oxygen Air-Frame Tubes that are pre-curved, offering excellent headroom and spacing at the side of the tent. Each beam is separately inflated and, with the Dynamic Speed Valve, each beam takes around two minutes to inflate using the dual-action pump provided (long past are the days of threading fibreglass poles through the flysheet - especially in the wet!). This single valve can both inflate and deflate at just the push of a button. Outdoor Revolution have paired this technology with their Intelligent Frame Relief Valve so that, should you over-inflate, the beams will release the excess air instantly until the correct PSI is reached.
The Airedale 12 features a 3m x 3m square Dura-Tech welded living area (with a Single Inflation-Point Tube). Off to the right-hand side you will find a four-berth bedroom, off to the left-hand side you will find another four-berth bedroom and, lastly, one more four-berth bedroom at the rear! The living space between the bedrooms can be used to socialise on those rainy days or to store your camping gear.
For a great night’s sleep, the three Micro-Polyester Inner-Tents are dark in colour and positioned in the darker coloured, rear section of the tent. This is done to keep conditions comfortably dim as you sleep, whilst saving you from being awoken by light early in the morning. Around the windows and doors, a lighter colour has been used to leave the tent feeling more spacious and wide inside.
The Airedale 12 features a distinct, Built-In Canopy, offering added protection for the entrance against the elements and, on brighter days, it creates a sheltered area for socialising outside. The product’s canopy is complete with large windows, one either side. This can be sealed-off, thanks to the Front Security Door. By night, the canopy can be enclosed, providing you with a useful porch area to store or protect your camping gear.
The introduction of Tinted Windows allows in plenty of light, designed to leave your tent feeling spacious and to provide a clear, crisp view of your surroundings. On those brighter days, the windows are designed to reduce glare, leaving interior conditions comfortable and more relaxing. In the dying hours of the day, the embossed Zip-In Curtains provide you with maximum privacy.
Incorporated within the mesh vents and side-doors is Outdoor Revolution's exclusive Phoenix Mesh - an assisted-healing ‘smart’ material that has the ability to repair ‘snag’ damage caused by consistent usage. Simply manipulated, the mesh will return to its original form.

Ich hab dieses Zelt vor einiger Zeit zum Geburtstag geschenkt bekommen und es ist wirklich ziemlich riesig. Allerdings ist die Personenangabe von 12 Personen ziemlich utopisch, vlt. 12 Kinder. Wir haben das Zelt bequem zu 6. genutzt und in jeder Schlafkammer blieb mit aufgeblasenen Luftmatratzen in der Mitte noch ungefähr Platz für eine 3. Matratze. Die Matratzen haben aber oben und unten auch schon das Zelt berührt, so dass man bei einer 9er-Belegung zwar noch Matratze an Matratze gut schlafen könnte aber in den Schlafkabinen nichtmal mehr Platz für eine Rucksack bliebe. Klar ist das Kuppelzelt riesig und man kann hier auch sehr gut mal bei schlechtem Wetter mit Tisch sitzen, aber der Boden wird halt nur eingelegt so das die Innenkuppel im Vergleich zu den Schlafkammern nicht Ungeziefersicher ist. Wen’s nicht stört gut, aber ich möchte zumindestens meine Anziehsachen ungezieferfrei lagern können was gut möglich ist, wenn man jede Schlafkabine eben nur zu 2. nutzt. Im Innenzelt kann man dann ja alles andere lagern bzw. unterstellen. Ohnehin schlaf ich nicht gerne Matratze an Matratze, so dass es zu 6. ein Perfektes großes Zelt war. Für eine Familie absolut geeignet. Der Aufbau war mit 2 Personen machbar und hat vermutlich 45 Minuten bis ca. eine Stunde gedauert. Problematisch wird es w,enn es am Abreisetag geregnet hat und man das Zelt nicht einpacken kann. Wir haben dann einfach alles zusammengerollt und zuhause im Keller ausgebreitet und 2 Tage trocknen lassen. Hat man allerdings nur eine Wohnung wird es spannend, denn die flache Zeltplane müsste um die 9x9 Meter groß sein. Ersaunlicherweise hat mit ordentlichem zusammenfalten, rollen und knoten dann aber wieder alles in die Tasche gepasst, das ist nicht bei jedem Zelt so einfach. Ich gebe hier den Tipp, beim Auspacken der Tasche ein Handyvideo zu machenum zu sehen wie alles Verpackt war, um das einpacken später zu erleichtern. Ich hatte leider erst hinterher dran gedacht. Well packaged. Easy to put up and take down. Loads of room in central family area and in bedroom pod, though difficult to see how 12 adults would be comfortable. Suggest more like a 9 man. Great for us with family of 2 adults and 4 children, two in each pod sleeping on inflatable.

Bien grand pour les familles et amie. Ça va en tant de pluie mais pas extraordinaire non plus. Mais dans l’ensemble elle est plutôt très bien cette tentes.

Massive space and pretty easy to put up and take down - perfect for us and our three kids! Ideal family tent. Not sure what world you'd ever try to sleep 12 people in though - in 2D, on paper you might be able to - but back here in the real world.... 2 adults with 4/5 kids/others yes or even 3 couples - if you're good friends! Love it, loved the price

Bought this tent as a last minute buy to upscale our camping trip. We go camping yearly, and have two big dogs, (Huskies) and sometimes more if we're fostering, so the size of the tent was important. The bedrooms are smaller than most 'large' tents, but with three of them, they would comfortably sleep 9 people without too much cramming. The best part of this tent is the living space. The centre of the tent, that each of the bedrooms adjoin, is huge. One thing I used to hate about camping was the lack of headroom, and not being able to move around a tent without being crouched over, this tent removes that. Instructions aren't great, so putting up for the first time is a bit of a hassle, but once you know what you're doing, you'll be fine! A definite buy for campers!
